Issue Tracking System

On October 2010, I created the school's first web-based technical issue tracking system using Google Docs.  It was easy to setup and it serves as my to-do list.  Teachers were advised via email how to report technical issues using Google Forms.  After an issue is logged, it gets recorded on Google Spreadsheets where I could manage it and mark priorities and added comments.

This school year, 2011-2012, I shared this collaborative tool with the new tech teams so that we know who is fixing what issue.  This also serves as a history tracking and reference in case the same issue re-occurs.

I've also added this to the privately-held school wiki so that administrators could check the queries.  It also gives the teachers and staff members another venue to report any technical issues they encounter however big or small.
